The floral texture fade folder creates such a pretty background that needs very little added to complete a card. I mounted it over a strip of deco sheet and adhered to the card. I cut a strip of idea-ology classic kraft stock and die cut “Mother’s Day” from the new sentiment words thinlits dies and carefully sanded with a sanding grip. I mounted it onto paper from the new etcetera paper stash and idea-ology classic kraft stock which I sanded. Next I sprayed a crinkle ribbon with stormy sky distress stain spray and tied it around the embossed background. I die cut wildflowers with the thinlits die set from gold deco sheets. I brushed with a sanding grip to snag some of the edges to give a worn look and adhered over the background. I die cut an oval frame from mixed media cardstock and blended in vintage photo distress ink.

The stamped image will transfer onto the non raised portions of the cardstock. To begin, I stamped one side of the new floral texture fade folder using a Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous background stamp, inked with vintage photo distress ink and ran through my big shot machine.
